Our Little Peek Gender Scan is available from 15 weeks of pregnancy, based on the due date confirmed at your NHS dating scan (which is usually performed around 12 weeks).
Please bring your NHS dating scan report to your appointment so we can confirm that you’re at least 15 weeks pregnant on the day. Dates from your last period, pregnancy apps, an earlier private scan, or your own calculations may differ, so we use your NHS due date.
If your NHS dates show that you’re less than 15 weeks pregnant, we won’t be able to determine your baby’s gender at that appointment.
If we can’t confirm your NHS due date and we’re unable to confidently identify your baby’s gender, a free rescan or refund will not be available.

You must also be aged 18 or over to have a scan with us.
Our experienced midwife sonographers check carefully before sharing your baby’s gender, but no ultrasound assessment can be guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Sometimes your baby’s position makes it difficult to get a clear view. If this happens, we may suggest a little walk or a change of position before taking another look.
If we still can’t confidently identify your baby’s gender, we’ll offer a free rescan, provided your NHS dating scan report confirms that you’re at least 15 weeks pregnant on the day of your appointment.
Please remember to bring your report with you. If we can’t confirm your NHS due date and we’re unable to determine your baby’s gender, a free rescan or refund will not be available.
No problem! We have beautiful gender reveal cards in a sealed envelope that we can give you, ensuring that the secret is kept until you are ready to find out during the big reveal!
You can bring up to 5 guests to your 15-week gender scan to share in this magical moment together.
You can upgrade your experience by adding a digital image and video package, extra scan photos, a heartbeat bear, or a gender reveal cannon to your booking. These can also be purchased in the clinic after your scan.
We ask that you don’t take any photos or videos during the scan itself, so that our sonographer can focus on your scan experience and make sure we’re creating a calm, reassuring environment. This also allows you and your guests to fully immerse yourselves in the moment.
You can, however, film the gender reveal once the scan has concluded. We just ask that you let us know about this when you arrive, so that we can accommodate your reveal without you or your guests feeling rushed during your appointment.
All our scans are non-diagnostic, and the primary purpose of this scan is to determine gender. But, on the rare occurrence that your scan identifies any issues, we will ensure that (with your consent) you will be referred to the most appropriate practitioner directly. This may be your midwife, GP, antenatal consultant, maternity triage, early pregnancy unit, A&E, or the local fetal medicine department.
