  • 8 hours of in‑person, midwife‑led antenatal education
  • Access to digital content, including video lessons and downloadable resources
  • One month of WhatsApp support with our dedicated midwife for any follow‑up questions
  • A small‑group format in a calm, welcoming clinic setting
We deliver the course over two Sunday sessions (10:00 am–2:30 pm), keeping it manageable and immersive.

Antenatal Infant Feeding Class

£60 per couple | Duration: 1.5 hours
Taught by Shauna, our infant feeding specialist and lactation consultant, in a relaxed and judgement-free space.
Feel prepared and confident to feed your baby.
This antenatal class is designed to support expectant parents in understanding all their feeding options, so they feel confident and informed ahead of their baby's arrival. Whether you're planning to breastfeed, formula feed, or explore combination feeding, we offer a welcoming space for all.
What we cover:

Feeding Options:

A clear and balanced look at breastfeeding, formula feeding, and combination feeding – including the benefits and potential challenges of each approach.

Practical Demonstrations:

  • How to position and attach your baby for breastfeeding
  • How to safely prepare, store and use formula and expressed breastmilk
  • Hand expression and colostrum harvesting techniques

Understanding Your Baby:

  • Recognising feeding cues
  • Knowing your baby is feeding well and getting enough milk

The Role of Partners and Support Networks:

We explore how partners can be actively involved in feeding and emotional support, and how wider support systems play a key role.
